We are seeking a Plastics Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for equipment, machinery, electrical, and plumbing systems on the 2nd or 3rd shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
All aspects of mechanical machine service and complete operation, which include predictive, preventive, and proactive assessments.
Root cause analysis, expediently develop and implement solutions.
Conduct equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications, systems to enhance production reliability, and specific elements of quality system compliance.
The required qualifications for the job include:
2+ years of machinery repair experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
Knowledge of OEM controls, servo operation, programming, machining, robot operation, and troubleshooting.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong communication, time management, organizational, problem-solving
Medical industry or machinery relocation and installation experience
Welding and Fabrication
