Understand and review sales rep completed Cytometry Analysis Tool (CAT). Use this to create proposals (Quotes) for the sales team based on standard work. Coordinate internal teams review as needed for items outside of standard work.
Create amendments to existing contracts based on standard work.
Coordinate internal teams review of requests as needed. This involves reviewing the request, determining scope of internal teams needing review, providing internal teams with requests outside of standard work, following up with internal teams for their feedback, and consolidating feedback
Manage team inboxes (categorization)
File completed documents in EDMS for quality measures and future reference
Manage syndications (pricing) for accounts in Oracle
Create deal packets and shell of new Contracts in Oracle. Hand off contract shell to CSR to process the order accurately.
Review and process sales orders to ensure compliance and accuracy
Create and distribute weekly Backorder Communications
Coordinate white glove order processing and delivery
Provide backup order management support on a project basis
Create and distribute monthly/quarterly report for key customers
