The Quality Control Supervisor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for talent management of the Reagent QC team to meet our core value drivers of quality and delivery of Reagent IVD products.

This position is part of the Reagent Quality Control team and will be located in Chaska, MN. Beckman Coulter’s vision is to advance healthcare for every person.

You will be a part of the Reagent Quality Control team and report to the Quality Assurance Manager responsible for talent management, quality, delivery and productivity of the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced production environment

  • Prioritize daily/weekly work assignments to meet production needs.

  • Participate on continuous process improvement projects.

  • Resolve routine but technically complex problems using defined processes and coordinates resources to meet short-term objectives

  • Ensure quality systems adherence and integrity in a regulated environment

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school degree with 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience

  • Medical device manufacturing experience (ISO 13485/ 21 CFR Part 820)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Talent management

  • Previous training experience

  • Utilization of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools or other continuous improvement/operating systems
