Danaher Corporation Technical Document Project Analyst II in Indianapolis, Indiana
Are you good with details? The Project Analyst will be responsible for leading Change Control Board (CCB) meetings, reviewing and routing all Arena engineering change orders (ECOs), and being a subject matter specialist for the engineering change order process!
You will become a subject matter specialist in Oracle for information such as; bill of material setup, product hierarchy setup, and Item Master activities for the San Jose facility. As Project Analyst, you will be required to coordinate documentation inputs, change orders, and system support from various functions across Life Science Business partners (e.g. Business Center, Commercial Operation and Supply Chain). In addition, coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, planning, and finance. Support engineering with administrative support functions along with performing documentation support whose function include document control, documentation systems, support ECO coordination (includes review, administration, and communications), and support new product releases.
Process and release new item/product and change orders
Maintain data integrity of the Oracle MRP systems (Boms, Routings, Item setup, Rev Control)
Upload new or revised documentation in Documentum (Arena)
Ensures that documentation activities align with company standards and procedures
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related work experience
Experience in documentation control and design environment
Knowledge and understanding in ERP/MRP systems, Oracle preferred
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
Sharepoint experience a plus
