The Field Sales Engineer (f/m/d) Eskişehir Region is responsible for actively promoting the company’s products and services within the defined territory and customer base in order to achieve substantial sales growth.
You will develop your skills and grow your expertise while playing a role in improving the quality of life for people around the world.
This position is part of the Sales-West Region and will be located in Eskişehir, Afyon, Kutahya or Bilecik.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform all sales activity within an assigned geographic territory and customer base to meet company objectives.
Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations and customer seminars
Prepare regular sales data such as forecasts and maintain customer activity files in CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly or annual target in assigned area of responsibility
Submit annual, monthly, and weekly sales forecast to Sales Manager.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, Environment Sciences or Engineering. Alternate degrees will be considered.
You need to be based within either Eskişehir, Afyon, Kutahya or Bilecik
Previous successful selling experience
Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
Must have a valid and clean driver’s license. Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
Fluent in Turkish & good level of English language skills are required
