Danaher Corporation Service Technician in Istanbul, Turkey
Provide the field resource at any given time, to support the field repair, preventative maintenance and installation of all Videojet products at customers’ facilities
Maintain and Service our customers installed base of Videojet equipment
Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
Ensure that all customer requests (internal and external) are professionally handled, scheduled and acted on
Proficient use of service IT systems to accurately record and report information
Support country revenue targets by promotion service contracts, sales lead and additional services to customers
Commit to success by ensuring the job is completed to a high standard
Create and grow multiple aspects of our business through supporting regional and company goals.
Demonstrate proficiency by quickly gathering data, recommending and implementing corrective actions and following-up with internal and external customers to ensure issue closure/resolution
Receive and utilize highly advanced technical training at customer accounts on a daily basis to ensure their technical skills for each of our technologies are improving
Ensure that the appropriate Health & Safety standards are adhered to
