  • 市场与竞争分析:分析市场趋势和竞争对手情况,了解区域内渠道的规模、资质、经营特点,分析现有渠道的覆盖和市场占有情况,制定区域渠道规划

  • 渠道合作伙伴管理与评估:对渠道现状进行梳理,引入评估机制,确定并评估潜在的渠道合作伙伴。与销售团队协同进行渠道筛选和拜访,洽谈合作条款并达成合作协议,制定并实施渠道合作伙伴激励政策,以提升渠道合作的效能。

  • 销售目标与业绩监控:负责渠道销售目标的制定和实现,监控销售业绩并及时调整策略,定期分析经销商的进销存数据及促销计划进展,协同相关部门分析未达预期产品的原因并制定应对措施

  • 合作关系维护与培训:建立并维护与渠道合作伙伴的紧密合作关系,提供必要的支持和培训,确保其了解并能有效销售公司产品,主动协调各方与策略经销商的定期会议与行动计划,并定期跟踪

  • 经销商资质管理与合规性:管理和维护经销商资质,确保合规管理与培训的落实,签署并执行经销商协议,处理与不符合业务需求的经销商的解约及不续约决定,协同销售团队进行谈判,预估风险并制定应对计划
