Danaher Corporation QA Administrator in Karnataka, India
Conduct administration tasks related to customer product complaints for Pall Laboratory Business.
Use Smartsolve to register customer complaints as Cases when received by the business.
Record all relevant documentation and information relating to the occurrence in Smartsolve.
Prepare and send complaint acknowledgement letters to sales/customers together with instructions for sample return to the relevant facility.
Track sample return status and follow up with sales contacts to expedite sample returns.
Track investigation status for the Cases and escalate to LAB QARA Management & Site QA to ensure reporting lead times are met.
Record relevant investigation information in the Case record and close the file.
Provide information to sales/customer services for credit or product replacement as authorised by sales contact in relation to Cases.
Assist in routing of regulatory questions and customer questionnaires and provide responses to internal/external customers.
Support preparation of Case status information for regular Case reveiw meetings.
Support trend analysis and KPI metrics for Complaints.
Skills: MS Office preferred, routine experience with various databases
Provide support for ongoing improvement projects
3 years of experience in a QA administrative role, preferably in a regulated industry e.g, Biotech, Medical Devices.
Knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management System.
