Role Description -

Work Experience- 10 Years+

  • Develop and implement effective territory plans to achieve Orders, Revenues and AR

  • Lead and develop direct report/s to deliver business strategy in accordance with direction set by leaders

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities

  • Identify, onboard and effectively manage channel partners

  • Strategically grow the existing customer base and build close customer relationships

  • Penetrate target accounts with high levels of customer activity

  • Prepare & complete weekly call plans, meeting plans & customer visit reports to meet agreed sales projections with the Business Manager - Laboratory

  • Drive Sales of New and Focus Products, Ensure the Self and Team implement strategies for the New Product Sales.

  • Coach, train and develop direct report/s to enhance their performance and ability to meet company objectives

  • Identify learning and development needs of direct report/s and arrange for these to be fulfilled.

  • Create Customer Plans for Assigned Accounts Including Sales Potential, Opportunities, Operating Structure, Sites, Contacts, and Other Information as Needed

  • Identify Pall business potential and new business opportunities within the designated region

  • Collaborate with industry contacts and other Pall business units to discover and develop new customer leads

  • Understand the customer needs, expectations, wants and demands to provide customer solutions

  • Prepare & update the sales funnel and opportunities via CRM daily

  • Rigorously drive the Sales Process using Appropriate Databases and resources, Including CRM

  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers and utilize Sales Tools, such as Product Information, Pall Website, Customer Presentations and Application data

  • Provide Business Analysis and territory information as requested, including Sales Plans, Trend Data, sales forecasts, Customer information, Opportunities and Activities

  • Track Competitor Activity and provide differentiation to gain market share

  • Interface with Sales Management and Marketing

  • Draw on Available Resources as Needed to Achieve Regional, Market, Product or Account Specific Objectives

  • Implement strategies to further develop key accounts and develop target accounts into key accounts

  • Conduct / attend seminars, training, roadshows, trade conferences, etc.
