Our focus is to deliver the access to molecular diagnostic testing everywhere ensuring best possible service to our clients in the Eastern Europe & Caucasus region and on this basis we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (f/m/d) who will be located in Kiev, Ukraine.

As our new Key Account Manager, your main goal will be to:

  • Improve uptake and drive business of Cepheid technology across Commercial and compassionate HBDC (High Burden and Developing Countries) programme product portfolios in the region.

  • Play a coaching / mentoring / supporting role to the Channel Partners (CP) (distributors) and provide supervision and mentorship through field visits, observation, measurement of results and follow-up.

  • Consolidate and grow existing business as well as design & implement winning strategies that ensure customer satisfaction, improve sales and business opportunities leveraging the capabilities of the different Channel Partners in the region.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Responsibility for the sales performance, marketing and service throughout Eastern Europe and Caucasus region.

  • Crafting & implementing effective business development strategies around the polyvalence of the GeneXpert platform.

  • Developing proficiencies & processes required to build effective & efficient Channel Partner sales and marketing organizations as well as identify new Channel Partners as appropriate.

  • Identifying and engaging Private Public Partnership opportunities across the region.

  • Assisting with in-country events including attending or presenting in seminars, clinical meetings & conferences, KOL’s meetings & Xpert clubs as appropriate to drive demand generation.

  • Participating in major international and regional congresses and conferences.

  • Training our Channel Partners on Danaher compliance policies and closely supervise successful enforcement of policies on the ground.

  • Ensure contract compliance for regional distributors and initiate contract renewals and terminations.

  • Communicating in conjunction with the marketing team Cepheid information with distributors (timelines of new products, brochures, other collaterals) as well as launching new campaigns for distributors.

  • Ensure compliance to Danaher & Cepheid Codes of Conduct for all our Channel Partners.

What we expect:

  • Minimum a BSc in Engineering, Life Science, Business Administration or similar.

  • Proven record of success working in healthcare industry across Eastern Europe and Caucasus region.

  • Proficient spoken and written Russian and English is a must.

  • Strong proven ability to communicate and build demand in all levels of the healthcare system.

  • Strategy development, project management, problem solving & change leadership skills.

  • Strong track record of sales success, specifically in selling premium products.

  • Track record in meeting targets and deadlines.

  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written), negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong financial and business acumen.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM application(s) such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft CRM.
