Job Title: Service Engineer
Reports to (Title): National Product Manager - ITs and Sr. Zonal Service Manager - South and East
Department/Function: Service
Country: India
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
Accountabilities
Responds to customer complaints in the region; evaluates and resolves problems of the customer in coordination with other stakeholders.
Attending Installation, breakdown calls, Preventive maintenance, Technical upgrades, analyses and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands in coordination with other stakeholders.
Generating service revenue through sale of Spares, Live Care Packs, Live Connect Remote Support & Yearly Service kit.
Provides customers with regular feedback on their service requests; develops and maintains relations with customers via service visits.
Manage and establish training and support for sales & selected channel partners.
Monitor work procedures, work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference.
Product demonstration and User Training
Maintenance & Service call attendance across the region
Responsibilities
Ensure repaired analyzers are meeting operating specifications, timely documentation of service performed in CRM.
Timely update of monthly sample counter reports in CRM for all IB in UP region.
Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation with strong client service attitude.
Faster TAT.
Application Support.
Field Visits in critical cases at short notice.
Manage customer claims for warranty replacements.
Maintenance of installation and customer logs.
Experience, qualifications, skills required:
Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, or related field is preferable.2-4 Year prior experience in medical devices industry or related field will be an advantage
Result-oriented and customer focused.
Familiarity electrical or mechanical procedures that may have effect on the products being purchased.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the
problem and solution to customers and top management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications. (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Ability to adapt to and work within the Radiometer protocols.
Required travel at very short notice.
Must have own two-wheeler/bike and driving license.
