The Accounting Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for whole accounting agenda of Beckman Coulter KK.
This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Japan Finance team located in Tokyo. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter High Growth Market Finance team and report to the Senior Finance Manager, responsible for whole finance agenda and business partner of Beckman Coulter Diagnostic management team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage the overall accounting function including general ledger journal entries
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual close, and financial reporting.
TAX reporting with receiving guidance from HQ and collaborating local TAX advisory.
Manage Internal Audit, Sox Audit and BS review with development of countermeasures.
Ad-hoc analysis based on requests from other functions.
Streamline the existing processes and increase more value-added activities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor degree or more
Working experience in Finance/Accounting Department in a multi-national company minimum 5 years. Management experience more than 2 years.
Advance skill/knowledge of accounting (Boki 1st grade, US CPA preferred)
Experience of TAX filing, Transfer Price adjustment for international environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working experience in medical device company which deals with medical HW and lease accounting is required
On-hands manual journal entry which requires more than 4050 monthly.
TAX reporting which needs transfer price adjustments in international environment.
