The Business System Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for a series of tasks related to supporting Oracle ERP and SFDC operations , including interviewing and making proposals to internal users.

This position is part of the IT located in Ariake and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the IT and report to the IT Manager responsible for collaborate with staff members within the IT group to maintain and enhance the performance of all new and existing software and applications across the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide help desk support and operational support for Oracle EBS and SFDC users

• Analyze business operations and propose improvements based on the business challenges of Oracle EBS and SFDC users

• Determine what additional features to develop based on requests from Oracle EBS and SFDC users

• Manage system requirements definition, design, and development

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related major.

• 2+ years of Oracle or SAP experience or SFDC experience in a functional or technical area

• English : Writing and conversation (TOEIC 600 or above)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• This position may require infrequent travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Jira/Confluence.

• Able to work independently, identify what needs to be done, and do it with limited direction and supervision.

上海に拠点を持つOracleEBS、SFDCサポートチームの一員として業務にあたります。

健全なコミュニケーション、分析、問題解決、およびプロジェクト管理のスキルを適用して、IT システムの効果を最大化するのが目標です。

具体的な役割は、下記の通りです。

・Oracle EBS、SFDC利用者のヘルプデスク対応および運用サポートを行う

・Oracle EBS、SFDC利用者の経営課題を踏まえて、業務分析・改善提案を行う

・Oracle EBS、SFDC利用者の要望に応じて、追加でどのような機能を開発するか判断する

・システムの要件定義、設計、開発をマネジメントする

ビジネス システム アナリストは、IT マネージャーにレポートします。ビジネス システム アナリストは、IT グループ内のスタッフ メンバーと協力して、組織全体のすべての新規および既存のソフトウェアとアプリケーションのパフォーマンスを維持および強化します。ビジネスシステム アナリストは、コマーシャル部門、物流および流通、製造、経理など、さまざまなビジネス部門のパートナーとなり、ビジネス ニーズを評価し、それらのニーズをシステム ソリューションに変換します。この役割は、知識と経験を活用して、ユーザーのニーズを引き出し、要件を構築し、既存のプロセスを強化し、戦略に基づいてソリューションを提供します。

必須資格:

• 情報システム、コンピュータ サイエンス、経営管理、またはその他の関連専攻の学士号

• 機能または技術分野での2年以上のOracle、またはSAPの経験、もしくはSFDCの経験

• 英語：ライティング、会話　（TOEIC600点以上）

非常に望ましいスキル:

• 実証済みの分析的思考、組織力、問題解決力を備えた強力なシステム/プロセス志向

• Oracle ERPアプリケーション データベースに関する知識と習熟度

アーキテクチャ、および Oracle データベースと開発ツール (PL/SQL、SQL

プラス、フォーム、レポート)

• SAP Concur の知識があればなおよい

• PMP資格取得優遇

• 認定されたスクラム マスターによるアジャイルの知識は高く評価されます

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力

• 優れたトラブルシューティング スキル

• Microsoft Office Suite の使用に関する専門知識と、Jira/Confluence の使用経験。

• IVDまたは薬局業界またはMNCでの実務経験があるとなおよい

• 自発的に取り組み、何をする必要があるかを特定し、限られた指示と監督でそれを行うことができる

• 批判的かつ戦略的に考え、流動的なビジネス環境で問題を解決することができる

• 他のリージョンのチーム メンバー (オフショア チームを含む) とマトリックス組織で効果的に働いた経験と、将来の製品リリースをサポートする意欲
