Commercial Marketing Campaign Specialist – Automation & Genomics, PCC Products is the owner of commercial promotion strategy and execution for Automation & Genomics and Particle Characterization & Counter product lines of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Japan. Their key focus is to drive demand generation, filling the sales funnel with quality, sales-ready leads that convert to revenue, through marketing campaigns development and execution. Commercial Marketing Campaign Specialist will have KPI targets for lead generation and revenue they are accountable for delivering. As the owners of marketing lead generation, the person will effectively partner with other parts of the business to execute commercialization campaigns and other growth activities.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of the local marketing campaign plan that results in increased share, sales and profit growth
Articulate technical content into meaningful customer messaging and convey creative direction
Execute tactics through traditional and digital channels including: web, email, social, trade show, telemarketing, webinar, and publications
Adapt content to different target customer personas and segments
Maintain a deep understanding of your target market segment and key personas through VoC (voice of customer)
Partner effectively with key stakeholders in sales, digital marketing, product marketing, and global commercial marketing
Measure and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, quality, revenue and customer engagement by tactic
Repurpose and develop content when needed to fill campaign gaps and testing.- Lead management and review for campaigns in salesforce.com.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
3+ years of experience in developing marketing campaign and execution through multiple channel and tactics.- Proven experience with copy writing, messaging, and segmentation, and the ability to create a story through messaging that follows a complete buyer’s journey cycle- Working knowledge of digital tactics/platforms such as email, PPC, SEO, and marketing automation
Experience developing and managing and marketing events including; tradeshows, webinars, and user group meetings
Proven success at marketing high value, solution based platforms (hardware, consumables, software, service, support).
B to B environment with multiple customer level decision makers, gatekeepers, and influencers.
Demand generation expertise

Team player and ability to liaise with multiple cross functions, driving alignment
Excellent writing/verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.- Highly motivated with the ability to work under ambiguity and operate with minimal oversight.- Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo/Pardot, Sitecore 7.0 or later.
