As the Supplier MDM Application Specialist, you will report directly to Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data Leader, supporting Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data SaaS solution as part of the Global Sourcing Operations Team. You will support system configuration and administration activities within the SaaS solution, monitor system integration KPI’s, and collaborate with internal associates supporting resolution of system errors.

What you’ll do

  • Support administration of bulk data changes through reconciliation of data attributes, creation of standard templates, and execution of data projects.

  • Support data loads to test and production environments aligned with business acquisition or integration activity.

  • Manage the SaaS workflow user & approver role matrix for all system users. Administer internal approver changes and support external users with access related issues.

  • Maintain various tables and lists of values across the Supplier Master Data SaaS solution and Cytiva SAP and Oracle ERP’s.

  • Responsible for assisting internal users with system errors, broken functionality, and gaps in expected functionality through assigned help desk support tickets. Replicate system issues in test environments and develop solutions by addressing missing configuration items and/or escalation to L2 system administrators.

  • Responsible for monitoring system integrations between the Supplier Master Data SaaS solution and downstream Cytiva ERP’s and third-party systems. Action integration failures messages addressing root causes and driving improvements in overall system integration performance.

  • Support test script development and execution.

  • Support administration and configuration of supplier questionnaires within the Supplier Master Data SaaS solution.

  • Support business users by developing ad hoc data extracts, reports, and dashboards within the Supplier Master Data SaaS solution and/or Cytiva ERP’s.

  • Develop a working technical and functional knowledge in Cytiva’s Supplier Master Data SaaS solution.

  • Assist Supplier Master Data team with verification of Cytiva Supplier’s Data attributes within system workflows and tasks.

    Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical role with exposure to SaaS and on-premises software

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with supplier information management systems, ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) or similar purchase to pay platforms.

  • Experience in Jira and Confluence

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Expertise in Excel including vlookups and pivot tables.

  • Experience with supplier information management systems, ERP platforms (Oracle/SAP) or similar source to pay support platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, both short and long term.

  • Willingness to self-learn and uncover continuous improvement ideas.

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple time zones.

  • Drive for results utilizing project management, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English both spoken and written.

  • Ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment with primary manager in US.
