What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Solution Architect specializing in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Data and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. As the Senior Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet our organization's CRM and data management needs. You will be part of a team of architects, developers, and analysts, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of CRM and data-related projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of end-to-end CRM solutions, including data integration, analytics, reporting, and automation, while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to understand requirements, define solution architecture, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Provide expert guidance and thought leadership on CRM and data management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and flexibility for future growth.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of CRM and data management tools, platforms, and technologies that best suit the organization's requirements.
Define and enforce data governance, data quality, and data integration standards, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of CRM and data systems.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, data mappings, data dictionaries, and other documentation artifacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data migration, data transformation, and ETL strategies for successful data integration across systems.
Drive the adoption of best practices for data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the CRM and data management space, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Who you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on CRM and data management, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CX) and data integration technologies (e.g., ETL tools, APIs, middleware).
Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end CRM solutions, including data modeling, data integration, reporting, analytics, and automation.
Deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance principles, with hands-on experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based CRM platforms and data solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficient in data modeling techniques, database design, and SQL queries.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
