Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Schnittstelle für die verschiedenen Bereiche im Service, Kommunikation der allgemeinen Infos
  • Unterstützung des Customer Support Managers Diagnostik
  • Abrechnung der Wochenend- und Hotline-Berichte der Service-Techniker
  • Anlegen und ändern von Technikeradressen (PUDO) im Oracle-System und in Zusammenarbeit mit TNT-Innight
  • Organisation von Service-Meetings intern und extern
  • Einarbeitung der neuen Service-Techniker
  • Betreuung der Techniker Diagnostik (Visitenkarten, Service-Material usw.)
  • Administrative Betreuung der Thermo-Fisher Wasseranlagen (Verträge, Rechnungskontrolle, Kontakt mit Thermo Fisher)
  • Aktualisierung und Bestellung aller Etiketten, Berichte inkl. Kommunikation mit den Lieferanten
  • Pflege der Service-Tools für Diagnostik (z.B. Sharepoints)


Ihre fachlichen Voraussetzungen sind:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (gern Industriekaufmann /-frau, Kaufmann /-frau Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung)
  • Technische Affinität und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
  • Geschick im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientiert
  • Vorzugsweise haben Sie bereits einige Jahre praktische Erfahrung gesammelt, am besten in der Planung und Disposition
  • Mind. gute Englisch- und PC-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus
