Commercial Marketing: EU Junior Digital Experience Manager

Description:

The Junior Digital Experience Manager will be responsible for the European digital strategy for all four Life Science product lines like Flowcytometry, Automation/Genomics, Centrifugation and Particle Characterization. The Junior Digital Experience Manager will work closely with the Commercial Marketing Managers in Europe to support regional specific campaigns to create demand and build a sales funnel using a mix of digital marketing strategies. Key focus will be the specific support of our local websites (German, French and Italian) to deploy and improve SEO, user experience and control/publish content together with the Global Digital Managers and Regional Commercial Marketing Managers. Second key area will be the digital PPC growth by working with local Commercial Marketing Managers and our external partner and the global PPC Manager. Third important focus will be Marketing Automation, Tracking and Data-Analysis. By using Marketing Automation to drive demand and customer relationship/loyalty via e-mail nurturing initiatives, track and analyze via SFDC and Domo.The Digital Experience Manager will serve a key role representing regional needs on global campaigns and execute digital campaign tactics locally to drive leads into the sales funnel. The Digital Experience Manager will work closely with the Global Life Science Commercial Marketing Product Managers and the Global Digital Marketing team. It is important to understand products, markets, and customer needs and to understand the customer buying journey to implement the right marketing activities, which will have the intended impact.

Other Key Activities;

· Deploy SEO on local websites

  • Adapt brand content on local website to different customer touch points

· Localization of global content on local websites by using Sitecore

  • Support digital campaigns to improve traffic to our websites

  • Maintain and updated local website content

  • Drive digital marketing growth. Improve lead gen through SEM (mainly Google PPC campaigns) by key word optimization/translation. Use Marketing Automation to improve lead-nurturing and maximize customer touch points. Optimize campaign- and customer journey-tracking through Marketing Automation and our CRM tool and database (salesforce.com).

· Utilize daily management to monitor, measure and analyze digital lead contribution metrics in and through the sales funnel (Domo, salesforce.com, Marketo)

· Responsible for development of lead nurturing activities intended to generate Life Science hardware and consumables leads

· Digital Campaign execution and sustainment

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or Marketing with Digital Marketing Experience

  • 2-4+ years of B2B digital marketing experience. Having Life Science experience might be a huge plus

  • Basic market understanding of Life Science market

  • Ability to develop an integrated digital marketing plan

  • Ability to translate strategy into tactical plan

  • Utilizing different tools in digital marketing to drive demand

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy to engage customers

  • Takes actions quickly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

  • Communicates openly and clearly to engage others for input and buy-in

  • Experience working in a metric driven organization

  • Strong customer focus

  • Team player

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to speak either German or French or Italian as mother language

  • Deep skills in website content management and UX improvement (Sitecore preferred)

  • Marketing Automation skills (Marketo preferred)

  • Experienced in domo and salesforce.com analysis

  • MS office skills (Excel, etc.)

  • Salesforce.com and sales lead experience

  • Travel in EU 20%
