Reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources, you will provide support and guidance for a wide range of HR activities working closely with Managers and Associates to drive HR initiatives within a fast paced, matrix organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all employee relations and employment law issues, being the first point of contact for employees.

  • Acting as a strategic and operational partner to the managers in the business, leading, advising, supporting, challenging and driving initiatives, providing day to day advice

  • Coaching and supporting managers in managing performance, talent and development processes including training and presentations, managing employee relations and conflict resolution

  • Creating robust onboarding plans and ensuring that all new employees receive best in class onboarding experience

  • Driving key HR initiatives around employer value propositions, organization talent assessments, employee engagement and retention

  • Negotiating with the working council

  • Working closely with internal Talent Acquisition partners to manage end to end recruitment process from creating requisitions, conducting interviews and all related documentation including offer letters, to drive time to fill metrics

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • A profound understanding and experience in HR processes and employment legislation

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced HR department with the ability to manage multiple priorities, being organized and structured with good attention to details

  • Ability to prioritize a busy workload, a complexity of projects and work to deadlines

  • Proven track record in acting as a business partner to the managers and employees through the whole life cycle

  • Experienced with working and negotiating with the working council

  • Personality: high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, a team player with flexibility, willingness to learn and deal with ambiguity, ability to built up trust in a high growing environment

  • Excellent MS office and experience with an HR Information System (Workday)
