The Digital Marketing Manager, HGM for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the High Growth Markets (HGM) with development, execution and analysis of marketing & sales programs, campaigns, digital marketing, collaterals and trade shows.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build a digital marketing and lead management strategy to engage with our audience and customers

  • Assessment and Implementation of digital marketing opportunities to represent our portfolio of products and solutions

  • Collaborate with our HGM, Global marketing and sales teams to launch global marketing initiatives and to create regional specific campaigns

  • Support Regional Events – Roadshow/symposiums/conferences

We are looking for a talented individual who can bring new ideas and your prior experiences, to more specifically achieve the following:

  • Digital Marketing:

  • Drive our Digital Marketing Strategy to assess new opportunities that includes managing our Social Media i.e., LinkedIn, web, emails

  • Work with internal teams to optimize our marketing tech stack, including marketing automation, CRM applications and other technologies to support our marketing efforts

  • Lead Generation:

  • Drive our Lead Management initiative to streamline the lead management process and track performance

  • Manage demand and lead generation and customer email marketing campaigns and strategy for HGM

  • Campaigns/Initiatives:

  • Strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns and tactics across paid and organic channels, monitor performance and optimize spend to ensure efficiency and ROI in collaboration with marketing team and key stakeholders

  • Support entire process of implementation of the HGM marketing programs and campaigns’ success from design till analysis

  • Improve and manage existing tools and develop novel campaigns and programs

  • Support sales by creating sales toolkit, sales presentations and ensure clarity and consistency of the messaging

  • Coordinate the planning and drive the execution of national/regional tradeshows and sponsored events: show management and lead generation activities.

  • Analytics:

  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators and data (Salesforce.com, DOMO, Google Analytics, UTM Codes, etc.) to drive business making and to optimize performance of campaigns and programs

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/digital and communication, digital marketing with 5+ years exp. OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years exp.

  • Experience with design software programs (i.e. Illustrator, Photo Shop, InDesign)

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, SalesForce.com, Sitecore, Eloqua

  • Working knowledge of Medical Device, Diagnostics and/or Laboratory market is a plus.

  • Must have excellent communication skills as well as analytical and metric-driven to analyze data to drive decision making, project management and planning skills.

  • Ability to perform exceptionally well in fast paced, performance-oriented environment

  • Flexible, curious and tenacious with a can-do positive approach in a challenging business.

  • Self-starter, able to work independently – strong team player.
