Danaher Corporation HR internship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

HR Intern Responsibilities:

  • To provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations.

  • Updating employee records - personnel file, HR shared folder.

  • Organizing interviews with candidates.

  • Assisting in organizing company events and activities.

  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection emails to candidates.

  • Assisting in onboarding activities for new hires.

  • Provide administrative support to HR business partners and managers.

HR Intern Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • The ability to work as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills.
