Danaher Corporation Specialist / Senior Analyst - Collections in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage collections of assigned portfolio.
Executing collections’ strategies to maximize collection and risk mitigation.
Monitoring of outstanding accounts and contacting delinquent customers.
Touch base with customers via calls & emails to drive collections & maintaining customer relations.
Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.
Stakeholder engagement with Sales & Customer Service for identifying and resolving problems impacting collections.
Manage daily order releases with Credit team.
Perform reconciliation of customer’s accounts, and timely clearance of Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.
Prepare & submit monthly reports and forecast. This includes analysis & commentaries on delinquent customers.
Prepare Legal Packets for Litigation & Bankruptcy customers.
Support Control & Compliance policy implementation & SOX requirements.
Support team colleagues according to back up plan and on ad hoc basis if required.
Provide training to team members and involved in process improvement.

Strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships and effective interface with stakeholders with good business sense.

Customer service experience is an added advantage.
Support Team Manager in team building and knowledge management and process improvement activities.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Diploma / Degree Holder (preferably finance/accounting/business)
Regional Experienced in O2C in either functions; Credit Collection and Cash App.
Good command in English, written & verbal.
Good command in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in using Oracle system.
Years of relevant working experience
5 to 10 years
