Danaher Corporation Specialist / Senior Analyst - Collections in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage collections of assigned portfolio.

  • Executing collections’ strategies to maximize collection and risk mitigation.

  • Monitoring of outstanding accounts and contacting delinquent customers.

  • Touch base with customers via calls & emails to drive collections & maintaining customer relations.

  • Manage daily inbound calls from stakeholders to address queries.

  • Stakeholder engagement with Sales & Customer Service for identifying and resolving problems impacting collections.

  • Manage daily order releases with Credit team.

  • Perform reconciliation of customer’s accounts, and timely clearance of Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos.

  • Prepare & submit monthly reports and forecast. This includes analysis & commentaries on delinquent customers.

  • Prepare Legal Packets for Litigation & Bankruptcy customers.

  • Support Control & Compliance policy implementation & SOX requirements.

  • Support team colleagues according to back up plan and on ad hoc basis if required.

  • Provide training to team members and involved in process improvement.

  • Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree Holder (preferably finance/accounting/business)

  • Regional Experienced in O2C in either functions; Credit Collection and Cash App.

  • Good command in English, written & verbal.

  • Good command in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience in using Oracle system.

  • 5 to 10 years
