Danaher Corporation Field Service Engineer (HK) in Landmark East, Hong Kong
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be in charge of delivering excellent customer support & servicing on leading edge Leica products to our academic research, pharmaceutical, & clinical diagnostic customers in Hong Kong. The FSE will provide technical support either on site or via phone, email and remote support to end users and channel partners on our digital pathology products and advanced staining products, as well as our core histology range. FSE is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of the system with full technical background of the system, use of proper tools and understanding of the standard process.
Responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a prompt and efficient manner,
Servicing of Histology and Pathology Imaging systems such as slide scanner and cytogenetic hardware platforms and software,
Servicing of Core Histology & Advance Staining systems such as Tissue Processor, Microtone, Embedding system and Bond Systems in hardware and software platforms,
Acquire extensive and sound product knowledge in order to provide support to our customers in a timely and effective manner,
Provide customer support & training to both new and existing customers via on-site or webinar,
Represent Leica Biosystems in a professional manner while building relationships with installed base customers,
Identify potential business development opportunities with existing customers and refer leads to sales team,
Responsible for performing tasks in a compliant manner in line with the requirements of the quality management system,
Track open customer issues and keep customers posted on the status update, and
Liaise closely with IT team members and relevant internal & external parties on resolving technical solutions.
