About the Regional Sales Manager role:
You are responsible for Pall Water Systems/Mobile Water Treatment Solutions is primarily responsible for Microfiltration and Reverse Osmosis sales to industrial customers including oil and gas, petro-chem, food and beverage, power and pulp, and general industrial wastewater. As an RSM, you will handle a sales territory including prospecting, cultivating relationships, building and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel, working with Pall Water Application Engineering to propose filtrations solutions, and deploying local sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Execute tactical business plans (meeting with customers, driving new customer acquisition, growing share of wallet with existing customers, executing regular status meetings with Channel Partners and rep firms) to achieve or exceed order and revenue bookings targets and operating margins for industrial water treatment mobile rentals and sales
Manage Opportunity / Sales Funnel and forecasting for the region and specific industrial water treatment market segment.
Drive success by fostering and embedding throughout the Channel Partner, Rep, and Strategic Partner Organizations a pricing and value selling strategy
Coordinate training of Channel Partners, 3rd Party Reps, and Strategic Partners in Pall Waters Treatment portfolio paying particular attention to the value our offering brings to the customer
Are you qualified?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Science preferred, Chemical Engineering a plus
5+ years of proven experience selling capital equipment, preferable in the oil & gas/petro-chem/food and beverage, power, or water markets
Experience using CRM solutions (i.e., Salesforce)
75% travel required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Optimally builds internal and external relationships to shorten sales cycles, map out value creation, and deliver value to the customer
