Your challenge

As an Inside Sales employee you provide the various Account Managers with leads. You do this by contacting various prospects by telephone from our existing database. By asking the right questions, you check whether the customer uses coding machines, and when a possible purchase can take place. In addition, you ensure that the data in the database is adjusted and updated. You speak with companies from all types of branches, and with people from various positions. You can empathize well with the customer as you must be able to communicate at all possible levels. You create appointments for the Account Managers who handle the further course of the sales process. Of course you will be guided through coaching and training to be able to develop yourself continuously.

Your responsibilities as Inside Sales employee role at Videojet, include:

  • Plan and conduct lead generation activities to acquire new customers.

  • Execute telemarketing campaigns to regain inactive and lost customers.

  • Schedule Customer appointments for the Sales team

  • Taking care of the database and make sure the information is up to date

  • Bring in the right projects which will lead to new business revenue


  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1-2 years of sales and/or inside sales experience.

  • Previous experience in call center environment is a plus.

  • Passion and motivation to drive monthly sales by building essential relationships with customers (internal and external).

  • Effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks.

  • Willingness to change directions frequently in the spirit of continuous improvement to be effective daily and monthly.

  • Ability to overcome objections and convert interest into growth opportunities.

  • Strategic thinker that commands quality, performance and superior communications.
