The Tender Specialist F/M for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing response and support to Sales Administration mainly related to contracts and tenders.

This position is part of the Sales Support department and will be located in Barcelona.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the entire contracting process: identify bid opportunities, electronic platform procedures, and submission, preparation of any kind of tender’s documentation, administrative and legal interpretation of published tender’s documents, meetings’ preparation, provide updated information at any time during the tender process

  • Manage the offers of reagents (without amortization) required by Sales Team

  • Provide support to the Sales team and all requested data or information needed

  • Track Tender KPI’s and database update for reporting purposes

  • Support the quality of the deliverables of technical offers to prepare biochemistry, Immunochemistry, and Nephelometry responses, incorporating the latest innovations, launches, bringing new ideas and creativity

  • Support the basic technical response of offers of hematology, Urine or Microbiology when required, to balance the workload against possible "spikes" of responses to tenders.

  • Contribute to the development of reporting tools and automatization

  • Respond to any customer requests

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • At least three-year experience in Tender management and follow-up from publication to contract’s signature

  • University degree in Law

  • Fluent in Spanish and English. Catalan will be highly appreciated

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Proficient in Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat. Advanced user edition tools & document management. Valuable knowledge of Oracle

  • Detail oriented and accuracy

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • Focus on continuous improvement ideas and actions

  • Ability to work in fast paced team environment

  • Capability to prioritize and strong organization and time management skills.
