Your Challenge

The Account Manager End User Customers m/f/d is a unique opportunity to secure revenue growth through retention and new business acquisition in the markets that use our devices in their manufacturing processes. With a robust training under your belt to learn our products and industry, you will sell a range of Videojet coding and marking equipment. These include industrial small character inkjet, high resolution case printing, labelling systems and Thermal Inkjet and Laser solutions. Our Account Managers provide expertise in solution-sales to our vertical markets and typically include various finance and service agreements to meet our customer’s needs.

Your responsibilities as an Account Manager at Videojet, include:

  • Secure and grow revenue within an agreed region by selling the Videojet product range and services to existing and new customers.

  • Participate in regional/national trade shows and onsite equipment demonstrations at customers’ sites.

  • Collaboration and partnering with Marketing organisation.

  • Build authentic relationships at all levels and audiences at our customers.

  • Ability to prioritise and shift focus of work on both long term and short term projects.

  • Leading sales activity through metrics and using our corporate CRM

  • Ability to accurately articulate the progress of the forecast and the key projects on a weekly and monthly basis within the organisation.

Required skills:

  • Business fluent German

  • Conversational English

  • A consistent record in Account Management in Multinational Corporations

  • BSc or equivalent professional qualifications/experience

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC) would be advantageous.
