Danaher Corporation Customer Support Specialist OEM part-time m/f/d (Fixed term Contract) in Limburg, Germany

Role: Customer support specialist part-time m/f/dLocation: Limburg and der Lahn

This is a 2 year contract for 20 hours per week

Your challenge challenge as Customer Service specialist:

After a robust training on our devices and or our OEM customer service organization they will be part of our customer support team. They will support our customers, service teams and sales organization. They demonstrate passion towards the Customer Service function and take pride in their contribution to the business. The successful candidate should be a Collaborative teammate able to work in a fast pace environment.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Lead the scheduling and Coordination of Field Service Engineers

  • Quoting via Telephone and Mail

  • Invoice Queries & Credit Notes

  • Contract Billing

  • Sales Order Entry for Supplies/Parts and Accessories

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

  • A flexible and creative professional style with a knack for building relationships, influencing others

  • Proactive and strategic problem solver who can support and lead others to deliver the best solutions for customers

  • Customer and service oriented, as well as a great teammate who seeks feedback to continuously improve programs

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret business needs to define communication requirements for a variety of audiences

  • Outstanding communication skills as well as being able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • +2 years of professional experience, ideally within a Customer Support Department

  • Business fluent German language

  • Advanced English-Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Industrial Clerk qualifications

  • Additional language skills
