This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation. The incumbent will be responsible for support of internal projects and implementing solutions for the IT organisation with a focus on the service business to improve process efficiency, drive revenue and profit growth, and better enable the support and service of Videojet’s customers. This is achieved by supporting the team leadership-led initiatives to support Service technology and tools enhancements, primarily using Salesforce.com. Individuals in this role must have the ability to evaluate highly technical solutions and their feasibility within the Videojet IT infrastructure, good interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to define and run product work while adhering to project timelines. The capacity to build expertise on these systems is a requirement.
Your responsibilities as an IT Business Analyst (Salesforce) at Videojet, include:
Coordinate between local country service teams, integration systems, and development teams to successfully launch Salesforce Field Service and maintain post-launch support.
Coordinate positive and fruitful interaction between various business stakeholders and functional teams to deliver results.
Guide and oversee project contributors’ work, provide feedback, and execute strategically towards business goals.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications while incorporating systematic constraints and balancing cost-reward relationship
Develop new features and enhance existing features to increase the functionality of the Salesforce (specifically, Salesforce Field Service, formerly Field Service Lightning) and other service system environments
Create and modify logic-based business rules, email alerts, and process flows to support continuous improvement and increased automation initiatives
Understand the user’s experience and predict use-cases to architect and implement usable solutions across multiple service organisation systems and tools
Provide technical & software support for field service department mobile users for Salesforce.com, and other field applications
Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for key business metrics and provide analytical support for users in order to identify and collect service growth opportunities
Provide general Salesforce and systems support for non-mobile service department users
Develop and/or enhance Standard Work and Auditing activities revolving around data collections, data integrity, and data compliance
Assist in the set-up, on-boarding, and training of new service users and managers
Management of mobile-device imaging, deployments, and inventory/safety stock
Analysis and optimisation of service systems-related operating expenses and expenditures
We are looking for a professional who has:
Previous experience in Salesforce required (ideally Salesforce Field Service). CRM and/or ERP experience desired (Oracle, Navision)
Experience in requirement gathering, translating requirements to functional design documents and the development and execution of tests. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges
Superior understanding of new and existing technological capabilities in software and IT, and ability to apply solutions within Videojet
A focus on the user and the user experience and solid understanding on how to run user tests and perform user research
Ability to work in a global environment, with team members and users around the world
Highly computer literate and internet savvy (Excel, browser, search engine, web applications and technology)
Strong deductive reasoning and quantitative analysis. Analytical approach to provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution
Some programming and/or SQL-related coding experience desired
Fluency in English is required. Any additional European language is a plus
Office based at any of the Videojet subsidiaries in Western Europe including but not limited to Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, UK, or Italy.
20% travel within Europe is required
Remote work is acceptable.
