Danaher Corporation Lead Generation Manager in Limburg, Germany

About The Role

The Business Development Manager for the Tele Sales team. The role will be to lead, develop and grow his/her team. Partner with the sales and marketing team and support the marketing manager in marketing related activities which mainly focus on executing operational activities, lead generation and nurturing of marketing activity to generate incremental revenue.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you are team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed. You will need previous experience on outbound lead generation programs, revenue driven marketing activities, influencing change through your love of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your teams, coach and grow their competencies and behaviors to help meet their career aspirations and company targets.

  • Generate and nurture leads through digital/mailing/phone

  • Support event organization: coordination of service providers, logistics, communication, lead processing

  • Lead opportunities of change as they relate to campaign and lead generation gaps.

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing team to enhance opportunities to deliver incremental revenue.

  • Partner with the team to improve process, actions and results

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and German

  • Background in marketing in a direct market, B2B, B2B2C

  • Successful experience in lead generation programs

  • Excellent analytical skills (excel, Salesforce could be an advantage)

  • Demonstrated ability Time Management project management
