About The Role
The Marketing Manager will lead, develop and grow their team. The Marketing Manager role is a unique opportunity to drive growth through current and new business opportunities. With the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, you will lead a range of marketing activities that include campaigns, product launches.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and upbeat. As Continuous Improvement is part of our Danaher and Videojet DNA, to be successful you will have an openness to learning, you are an excellent people management loving the opportunity and to grow and develop your team. Working as part of a close-knit team, you are team orientated while remaining versatile, open minded and able to work autonomously when needed. You will need previous experience on outbound lead generation programs, revenue driven marketing activities, influencing change through your love of data.
Growth, engagement and development of your team
Understand the dynamics of the global market, the healthcare, food & beverage, FMCG and competitor strategies.
Lead your team in the execution of Lead Generation opportunities in partnership with your commercial team.
Develop and implement a detailed strategic business and action plan for a global team.
Plan, organise and coordinate with relevant partners key initiatives such as the implementation of local product launches with global support.
Create “Go To Market” Strategies with support from global that meets your Country and customer requirements.
Develop the growth of our Digital Marketing opportunities.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
A consistent track record in Marketing ideally in a Multinational Corporations.
Excellent communication skills that include fluency in English and German.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of a CRM (preferably SFDC would be advantageous).
