Danaher Corporation Inside Sales Representative Care Plan in Limoges, France

Main responsibilities and key activities:

Service contracts > 60%

  • Create service contract proposals for software and hardware, based on existing databases and following a well-defined process.

  • Follow up regularly to WIN (close) contract opportunities.

  • Work in close cooperation with the sales and aftercare teams to follow up with customers

  • Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers

  • Analyse the installed base in the region to identify sales opportunities

  • Achieve quarterly defined targets and objectives

  • Maintain an accurate reporting on service contract pipeline and forecast information

  • And other duties as required

Office manager Limoges > 40%

  • Open and dispatch post

  • Reception

  • Purchasing manager: office material, beverage stock

  • Car leasing and HR topics French team

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

  • Sales experience

  • Background in technological high-tech products or graphical industry is a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Language French and English

  • Reach defined revenue quota (expressed in growth %)

  • manage service contract opportunity funnel (expressed in nr. of potential proposals per week/month) based on SFDC data

  • develop & drive service contract business in the region (provide monthly reporting to Inside Sales Mgr and regional Service Manager based on SFDC & TBP data)
