What you’ll do

We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide seamless support to our customers and distributors. Using our own initiative, you’ll solve problems from initial query right through to resolution and order entry, and you’ll deliver increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care.

  • Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond To queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Accurately process order entries to deliver to customer expectations.

  • Proactively handle backlogs, replacements, and free of charge shipments.

  • Follow shipment and installation to ensure revenue collection occurs on time.

  • Communicate with appropriate individuals throughout

Who you are

  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload

  • Problem solver who takes initiative and has a strong attention to detail

  • Have previous client and customer service experience

  • Thrive in a busy customer service environment

  • Flexible and collaborative team member

  • Fluent in English and FRENCH (written and verbal)
