We are looking for an experienced Salesforce/ServiceMax functional super-user to join our Global Services Digital Infrastructure team to support our efforts as we continue to invest in our digital operations across the world. What you’ll do

Responsible for tier 3 end-user support for Salesforce/ServiceMax via regional subject matter experts and regional leaders, manages functionality defects with support from IT team.

Support Digital Service Product Owners with business requirement gathering and translating requirements into new Aha demands.

Support testing activities for portfolio (directly and/or indirectly), including; test script authoring, test script execution, scenario testing and defect management.

Support authoring SOP’s / Work Instructions, end-user / SME training, end-user communications.

Drive Change Management and end-user adoption for portfolio; conformance to the global processes and proper ways of working.

Monitoring product portfolio performance, use, maintenance and developing and executing mitigation strategies and effectively managing product lifecycle activities including supporting new technology integrations and feature developments as appropriate.

Accountability for delivery of goals and objectives.

Completing other projects and tasks as assigned.

Travel as needed to support; 15-30%

Who you are

Minimum five (5) years of Service Sales or Service Support experience.

B.S. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or equivalent.

Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office365/Teams with advanced Excel skills.

Experience of working with Salesforce/ServiceMax.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills to uncover underlying needs, strong relationship building skills, ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and able to manage concurrent, conflicting priorities.

Demonstrated aptitude for change and continuous improvement.

Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization.

Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing complex systems and business processes; excellent problem solving with ability to offer actions / define requirements for solutions.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication; able to express complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing to business partners.

Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements.
