What you’ll do
Act as subject matter expert for assigned business process area and is a key partner to business leaders
Responsible for delivering an IT roadmap for manufacturing and logistics processes, in partnership with functional leaders
Leads a team of expert product managers and application owners focused on manufacturing and logistics digital outcomes
Accountable for maintaining stable IT operations for the functions in scope
Responsible for identification of projects and ensuring those projects deliver positive business outcomes as planned by directing activities of others as well as maintaining individual project responsibilities
Accountable for delivery of goals and objectives assigned to the team
Responsible for people management activities including distribution of work assignments and performance management
Who you are
Experience with process quality methodology
Experience working directly with functional partners in the supply chain to deliver projects
Demonstrated business process knowledge
Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Project management experience in global environments
Ability to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of IT delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority
Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience leading teams
Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
Minimum six years IT experience or equivalent within a business function
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them
Preferred qualifications include; experience in the healthcare industry, Lean experience and PMP/ITIL certified
