We are looking for a BioProcess Service Specialist to work within our dynamic European Service team of 250 employees across Europe. Do you have a passion for working at high-profile customer sites, on cutting edge technology involving European travel ? If so we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Play a leading role in the support of Cytiva's BioProcess product family, with a strong focus on process scale Chromatography and Filtration products. The work will include FAT, SAT, Installation, Commissioning, Validation/IQOQ and Troubleshooting of Hardware & associated Software products.
Work together with the local, regional and FTL teams to enhance the customer experience in a timely, safe and compliant manner.
The field / remote workload ratio is expected to be 70% field / 30% remote, with some flexibility, but no more than 75% travel per month.
Provide leadership teams with ideas and solutions to drive growth, productivity and efficiency within the Service business.
Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs, internal service records, Case-Management quality systems, Workday and Learning systems.
Who you are
At least 5 years of service experience with BioProcess hardware, and ideally Unicorn software.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to share knowledge, present clearly
Experience with working in controlled, validated and compliant customer environments
Strong focus on Ergonomics, Health and Safety
Willingness to travel with EMEA (local Covid-19 rules permitted & observed)
