What you’ll do

  • Responsible for closing, consolidation and reporting of Bioprocess results providing in-depth analytics and commentary to senior Bioprocess leadership

  • Support and own consolidation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes across Bioprocess business units; act as a challenge function to business unit finance leads when consolidating and pacing financial performance

  • Enhance/own monthly FX reporting and analysis

  • Drive standardization of financial reporting and process improvement across all business units of the Bioprocess franchise

  • Drive daily management through weekly and monthly bowlers covering key financial and operational statistics

  • Act as the key Bioprocess lead for broader FP&A initiatives (OneStream enhancements, enhanced reporting, simplification initiatives)

  • Act as key lead on the team providing support/coaching to junior team members where needed

Who you are

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • 3+ years of demonstrated financial skills through prior work experience

  • Solid PC skills: experience with financials systems/applications (Hyperion, Oracle), strong excel skills

  • Key competencies include attention to detail, initiative, communication, analytical skills, critical evaluation, leadership, and integrity

  • Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, work in a collaborative style

  • Strong analytic skills: proved ability to use large sets of data, identify trends & drivers and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team

  • Business mindset: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

  • Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations

  • Valid work permission
