What you’ll do
Responsible for daily hands-on operational management and delivery of key KPI's for regional team
People management and coaching, provide support & guidance to develop internal talent, including coaching the team utilising the Career Pathway to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
Look for continuous process simplification across the business. Participate in improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and quality gaps, providing solutions. Support Cross-Regional best practice sharing
Recruiting and onboarding new hires
Build cross functional relationships to understand customer requirements and drive effective service levels
Actively monitor and ensure business operations are compliant and adhere to processes
Who you are
Fluent in English and French (verbally and written)
Utilizes critical thinking, quickly assess new situations, demonstrates flexibility in thinking, matches approach to the demands of the situation and takes action, is able to guide the team to a solution.
Excellent communication skills; can quickly develop strong credibility with customers, sales, manager, and peers. Willingness to work as part of a team, driving / leading team projects
Ability to work in a cross-functional cross-country team environment. Ability to manage self and tasks a proactive manner. Flexibility to work in a demanding, matrixed environment - works well in areas outside of comfort zone. Good prioritisation skills
Influencing skills; ability to engage functions outside of immediate responsibility and get buy-in for customer focused ways of working
Excellent organizational and administrative skills - attention to detail. Intermediate Excel skills
