What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new customer education products, and evolve existing, aligned with new product launches, existing product enhancements and industry relevant content.

• Define learning and business objectives, and technical content, translating them into innovative digital learning programs, delivered through innovative digital tools (i.e. VR and MR, interactive eLearning, videos).

• Leveraging instructional design skills in all medias, you will develop storyboards aligned to Cytiva’s customer education strategy.

• Evolve storyboards into learner focuses instructional videos, using Camtasia or similar editing tool, which accelerates learner competence.

• Primary contact with internal & external instructional designers, responsible for ensuring content created meets learning objectives, project timelines, budget, compliance regulations, branding guidelines, translation requirements and quality assurance, without exception.

  Who you are:

• You will have experience in developing digital learning programs, particularly instructional videos

• You will be able to demonstrate an ability to help internal stakeholders develop learning objectives

• You will have experience working with internal stakeholders, of varying styles and expertise

• You will have experience with adult education principles, instructional design models, and delivery techniques.

• You will be comfortable managing multiple content creation projects simultaneously with different stakeholders and timelines.

• You will have proven project management skills and understand how to engage resources and support in a matrixed organization.​

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Developing reality media learning with large or multinational companies

• Developing blended learning programs which accelerate learner competence.

• 2+ years experience of working with large or multinational companies

• 5+ years experience working in the life science industry or scientific background
