The Senior Specialist L&D Business Services supports the Global Learning & Development team in driving the effectiveness of learning programs in the organization.

Together we will build an intentional learning culture to increase skills, engagement, performance, attraction of talent at all levels by fostering psychological safety through emerging Technologies, providing relevant and effective learning and development solutions.

This position is part of the Global Cytiva L&D team and will be remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be responsible for the coordination and administration of our learning programs and events, including managing the audiences and enrollments, the planning, the facilitators, logistics and reporting of training activities.

  • Proficient in creating and managing comprehensive data base, reports and solutions within Smartsheet.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires across the EMEA region

  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations

  • Provide a friendly and responsive service to our associates who have L&D related queries, updating the internal FAQ when unique queries are received.

  • Drive the internal communication on development events & program logistics.

  • Assess the success of our training efforts by measuring factors such as participant engagement, timely attendance, cost-effectiveness, and feedback from training evaluations.

  • Support high priority L&D projects as required.

  • Support with training budget tracking and purchasing/approval processes as required.

  • Handle end to end internal learning management systems with new training content, completion credits and assignments in alignment with governance framework.

You may be required to perform additional or other duties and responsibilities from time to time.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Keen interest in learning theories, assessments and evaluation methods, as well as Adult Learning Principles and executing the innovative learning strategies.

  • High standard of communication in business English– both verbal and written

  • Attention to detail & Analytical capabilities

  • Ability to plan and manage a range of priorities, and deliver to an agreed deadline & within an agreed/defined standard.

  • Thrives in a detail-oriented environment, is an adept problem solver, and can handle competing demands.

  • Capacity to work independently and works well under tight deadlines along with team based in different time zones.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with data, reporting & metrics analytics from training activities.

  • Experience with tools such as Workday.
