ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop content, coordinate programs, and administer training curriculum for both new hire and existing logistics employees.

  • Manage the departments recertification program for industrial equipment. Schedule re-certification training programs and update online records.

  • Ensure all training is tracked and recorded, including progress and skill sets. Create, manage and update training content relating to compliance per regulations. Ensure Logistics Training records are kept updated.

  • Participate in internal or external audits to ensure compliance to ISO and FDA Regulations.

  • Deliver SAP training as needed for all Logistics business processes. Collaborate with SAP trainers to modify content as needed to ensure associate competency.

  • Define training KPIs where necessary (ideally through internal or external benchmarking), analyze process performance, and suggest process improvement or user training.

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience (in years):

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience

Knowledge and skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP required.

  • Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience.

  • Expert knowledge of Transportation and Logistics operations.

  • Experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing process, principles and practices; preferably at production site and headquarters level.

  • Experience in working internationally in a fast-paced, reputable global Biotech / Pharmaceutical or Consumer company organized in a matrix structure.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Experience in technical training: classroom training, virtual training and courseware development.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in training / program management role.

  • Knowledgeable in SAP system, movement types including troubleshooting different transactions.

  • Exposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing process, principles and practices; preferably at production site and headquarters level.
