Danaher Corporation M.E. Planning and Scheduling Coordinator in Lodi, California
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate Daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule for Molds and Injection Molding Machines.
Ensure that the preventive maintenance schedule is communicated and coordinated amongst involved departments. (Tooling, Mfg. Engineering, Production, NPI, QE, etc)
Update PM schedule (aka VOC) to encompass PM repairs priorities, human resources/equipment availability and communicate to affected departments.
Performs ERP Data Entry for scheduling daily and routine activities.
Generate inter-departmental work orders detailing tasks and work instructions for completion of projects.
Assist Engineering Team in workflow documentation and electronic files.
Assist Management in data collecting request.
Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area.
Review Project Management files and Action Plans to track upcoming action items.
Initiate and facilitate meetings and take meeting minutes and track action items.
- Create, revise and or update Process, Procedures, and Work Instructions where necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Prepare clear, accurate reports
Use discretion in dealing with sensitive situations
Compose correspondence from brief instructions
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time.
Education or Experience:
- High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge and skills:
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Good communication skills, verbal and written.
Knowledge MS Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
Knowledge of ERP or equivalent scheduling software and Document Control.
Ability to work remotely (Virtual Meetings, Zoom)
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to stand for several hours.
Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
