We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to work with our expert service & commercial team of 1.200 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Service? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Installation, preventative maintenance and repair of our standard research and process systems as well as customized process systems.
Performance of qualification and requalification of Cytiva equipment in GMP environment.
Performance of network installations & connecting Cytiva equipment into customer networks.
Administration of field engineer parts stock including regular inventory.
Proactive appointment planning for service visits with support from customer care team.
Establishing and maintaining fruitful relationship to customers key opinion leaders for service.
Close cooperation with commercial colleagues in order to create best in class customer experience.
Who you are
Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, biomedical engineering or mechatronics or adjacent field.
Fluent in Polish and English language, other European language skills will be a plus.
High interest for technique and analytical skills, problem solving mindset.
Willingness for regular travel incl. regular overnight stays.
Valid driving licence B.
Open-minded personality, able to work in an international & horizontal matrix organization.
Strong communicator, team player.
Basic knowledge in Chromatography techniques will be a plus.
Preferred location: Gdańsk - Toruń - Łódź axis.
