What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain a high level understanding of all Cytiva Cell Culture products and global manufacturing processes.

  • Support internal and external customer technical needs.

  • Answer routine customer inquiries regarding Cell Culture products and processes (phone and email).

  • Trouble shoot cell culture performance concerns.

  • Assist customers with product selection based on application needed.

  • Explain and deliver available product documents.

  • Review and categorize incoming customer complaints.

  • Create and deliver technical product training to internal customers.

  • Support New Product Introduction process and prepare team training and assure appropriate supporting documentation is available at time of product launch.

  • Support change control process and assure appropriate technical training is completed prior to notification delivery to customers.

  • Complete technical investigations based on customer feedback.

  • Hands on cell culture activities, publish and present results.

  • Complete customer supplier surveys.

  • Create and provide routine technical training for Cytiva Support teams.

  • Log and track ongoing technical support activities.

  • Trend data and propose process improvement activities to increase service level to Cell Culture customers.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years technical support or other cell culture product equivalent work experience.

  • BA or BS degree (Masters preferred). Or relevant experience.

  • Cell Culture lab experience, ability to perform cell culture experiments.

  • Demonstrated professional communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work with minimal oversite.
