We are on a steep expansion path and need to grow our scientific-technical teams to support the growth of the business. Do you have a passion for chemistry and problem-solving? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the new Chemistry and Raw Materials Team supporting global Cell Culture Media manufacturing sites in the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and approval of all scientific-technical aspects of sourcing and testing raw materials

  • Application of analytical expertise across a broad range of bioprocess products to resolve complaints, raw material concerns, manufacturing needs, and to support product and regulatory quality requirements

Who you are

  • MS or higher degree in biochemistry, inorganic, organic, or physical chemistry with at least 5 years of experience

  • A problem solver who loves working with varied teams and priorities

  • Analytical thinker who can apply scientific principles to real life applications

  • Proficient in analytical techniques, such as HPLC/UPLC, ICP-MS, biochemical assays, quantitative and qualitative wet chemistry

  • Good understanding of buffer chemistry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Genuine interest in mentoring and developing team members and creating a positive collaborative environment

Who we are

Whatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work. If you are driven to make the world a better place thanks to science and medicine, you’ll feel right at home here. If you’re flexible, curious and relentless, you’ll belong. If you are excited about a global culture, this can be the place to further your career.
