The Director of Cell Culture Commercial Strategy for Cytiva is responsible for facilitating cell culture innovation initiatives and formulating business strategy while providing insights that enable the leadership team to gain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, growth expectations, competitor intelligence, and voice of our customer.

This position is part of the Cell Culture Product Management team located in Logan, UT, USA, or Marlborough, MA, USA, and will be onsite or hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies for the Cell Culture business unit.

  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-business to align product strategy with overall company goals and objectives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and requirements to inform product roadmap.

  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, identify and prioritize new product initiatives based on their impact to the business.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in industry-related field required.

  • Proven experience in product management, strategy or strategic marketing.

  • Strong leadership executive presence and skills with a proven track record of success leading and facilitating change and development.

  • The ability to be flexible and to operate in a fast-changing environment.

  • High level business acumen and strategic thinking partnered with excellent communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Lifesciences, Engineering or Biotechnology

  • 7-10+ years of related profession experience in product management, marketing, sales, R&D and/or engineering

  • Market knowledge in mAb manufacturing and gene therapy market.

  • In-depth knowledge of cell culture technologies and associated market trends.

  • Focus on strategy within the biotechnology or life sciences industry.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
