This position will be responsible for the overall allocation and planning of open sales orders to meet customer demand according to organizational goals. Position requires an in-depth understanding of planning and scheduling activities and is responsible for ensuring the
replenishment of product needs for our customers.
- Responsible for product ordering activities, product availability, and scheduling
Rescheduling sales orders based on changing needs of the customer or production execution.
Coordination with Order Management and Logistics teams to support customer needs
Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material
Establish strong relationship with customer payables department and initiate outreach to collect past due invoices
Maintain an open line of communication with customers and the Sales team to provide updates on order status and other information
Work with customers to address issues to ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.
Communicates clearly and persuasively in positive or challenging situations and demonstrates customer empathy.
Writes clearly, succinctly, accurately
Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Who you are
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma /
GED with at least 4 years of experience)
Computer proficiency
Working knowledge of Oracle
Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Microsoft Office Proficient
