Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

This position is part of the bioprocessing finance team located in Logan, Utah and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Working with the Material team to support inventory and ensure actions are taken to drive inventory turns improvement using Danaher DBS tools, leading inventories estimate for the Cell Culture global inventory numbers, ensuring consistency and accuracy across our multiple sites. Lead monthly/quarterly timely and accurate financial close as well as estimate and planning.

• Support the sourcing organization, to drive purchase materials productivity and the accuracy of our forecasts.

• Partner with Operations to implement Standard Cost for existing products and new products by maintaining a high level Operational understanding of the value streams within the site and the financial components of the value streams (Volume, overhead cost, labor cost, standards, yields, productivity, fixed/variable, etc..)

• Support the CAPEX and OPEX monitoring for our site expansion.

• Provide additional financial reporting and analysis as needed, like analytical review to Global Operations Controller and Corporate Reporting.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5+ years OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years OR doctoral degree with 0+ years

• Experience in developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business / finance reviews

• Behavioral drivers to generate alternatives and make positive changes

• Expertise in supply chain finance discipline including plant financials, productivity, inventory, capacity, PP&E.

• Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas

• Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• CPA or other advanced degrees or development programs
