What you’ll do

  • Lead and drive improvements globally within fulfilment, planning and inventory to improve the main KPI’s OTD and inventory turns

  • Cooperate with senior leaders at manufacturing, warehouse, commercial and IT to build business case and drive the projects to closure

  • Build, maintain and prioritize the global project funnel

  • Ensure the fulfilment processes is supporting the Cytiva volume growth and flexibility the different business requirements

Who you are

  • Degree as an Industrial and Management Engineer specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management is an advantage

  • 5+ years in an advanced role with supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing or planning

  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, organizational skills, communication & problem-solving abilities

  • Experience of a leading position within a process change and/or system development project is an advantage

  • knowledge of MS Office, and working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Gantt, Bowlers etc.) is a strong advantage

  • Experience and knowledge in Oracle, Warehousing operation, Planning, Transportation & Customs business is a strong advantage

  • Ability to travel frequently abroad
