We are looking for a Business Support Manager (m/f/d) to work with our expert Customer Applications Support and Process Tech Support Teams of 12 employees across EMEA. Do you have a passion for supporting our customers? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Lead two Business Support teams delivering support activities and services within region EMEA and in alignment with Cytiva business goals.
Teams consist of individual specialists delivering high quality pre- and post-sales support for large scale Column Packing, UNICORN Software, Oligosynthesis, Cell Culturing and large scale Chromatography, Filtration and Upstream matters. They help sales achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction with purchased products. The support comprises of but is not limited to technical discussions, demonstrations, consulting, customer training or customized seminars on site, verification of equipment and troubleshooting.
Improve working routines for the designated support areas appropriate to the BioProcess business goals and in line with the business strategy
Interface closely with the local Account Managers and work closely with the European Fast Trak Team and Scientific Support Team, share knowledge and expertise.
Who you are
Educated in Life Sciences with University level, MBA or equivalent
Several years consulting or sales experience with building customer relationships as well as technical knowledge.
Knowledgeable in chromatography, filtration, biotechnology
Team player with ability to motivate, coach and develop people
Effective in communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and at least one other European language
Experienced in leadership and management
